  • Service refers to the Bantico mobile application and website.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms that form the entire agreement between you and Bantico LTD regarding the use of the Service.

  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bantico and form the agreement between you and Bantico LTD.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Bantico.

By using Bantico, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Bantico.

You confirm that you are over the age of 18. Bantico does not permit use by individuals under 18.

Your use of Bantico is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

Links to Other Websites

Bantico may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. You acknowledge that Bantico LTD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by reliance on such third-party sites or services.

We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use Bantico will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • Bantico LTD and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or privacy).

  • Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid through Bantico in the last 12 months, or £100 if you made no purchases.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Bantico is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for purpose, reliability, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that Bantico will:

  • Meet your requirements

  • Operate uninterrupted or error-free

  • Be free from malware or harmful components

  • Provide accurate, reliable, or current data at all times

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Bantico, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at hello@bantico.com.

If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

EU and UK Users

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory legal provisions of the country in which you reside.

Severability and Waiver

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  • Waiver: Failure to enforce a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If a material change is made, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice (via email, app notification, or our website).

By continuing to use Bantico after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
